As others have mentioned, I would give negative stars if possible. I've had login issues for months. I called to skip a month, and despite being told it was done, I was charged for not skipping. On November 5th, I spoke to a representative who seemed confused and said there was a system update. I was promised an email confirmation, but nothing happened. I'm stuck on hold for 30 minutes now, and no one is answering the chat either. I guess I just have to absorb the $70 charge and change my credit card.
