The service has deteriorated significantly!

The service has really declined! The website is full of glitches, and I haven't been able to Skip the Month for two months now. I've tried to contact customer support but can't get through. My only option is to contact my credit card company to stop payments to the service. I'm very disappointed and would advise others to steer clear of this company! It's unclear what has gone wrong, but I'm ready to move on.

Extremely Frustrating Refund Experience

It took nearly three months to receive a refund for an order I returned due to tariff fees. They boast about their return policy, but waiting three months for my money back is outrageous! I would never suggest this seller to anyone! I hope my $200 contributes to your significant financial issues! Truly dishonest practices! There aren't enough words to express how these scam artists are taking advantage of people in this economy... an absolutely appalling company!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Customer service is nonexistent. I’ve been trying to get assistance through phone, chat, and social media for days, but I'm being ignored. They also changed their shipping policy, and now half the products won’t ship to my location. The only way to get their attention is to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I had to do for their associated company.

Lack of customer service

There is a complete lack of customer service. Both options provided are AI, leading nowhere. The website is good, but I've spent 76 days trying to cancel my account, and not one human has responded. I have a full chat log of 'someone will be with you shortly' and my requests to cancel my account. AI is as ineffective as the humans.

Major scam

As others have mentioned, I would give negative stars if possible. I've had login issues for months. I called to skip a month, and despite being told it was done, I was charged for not skipping. On November 5th, I spoke to a representative who seemed confused and said there was a system update. I was promised an email confirmation, but nothing happened. I'm stuck on hold for 30 minutes now, and no one is answering the chat either. I guess I just have to absorb the $70 charge and change my credit card.

Stay Away! Scammers!

Stay away!!! This service has become a total scam! I've been a member for 15 years, but now I'm trying to cancel my account due to declining quality, and half their inventory won't ship to my location. My last order was never shipped, and they didn’t inform me—those were Christmas gifts! They just canceled my order. After finally reaching someone three weeks ago, I was told I would receive refunds for my credits, but only one was processed. I've been trying to follow up every day since with no response. They keep saying they are reviewing my case. It’s been three weeks! Just refund my money! Also, their contact information is incorrect on their website, and no one responds on social media either.

Terrible experience! Avoid subscriptions!

If there were a negative star option, I would rate their customer service -5 stars! I had several credits from previous months that have now vanished! Each credit was charged to my card when I forgot to skip a month, and now they’re gone! I tried to contact customer service to cancel my subscription, but it has been a nightmare. I let my credit card expire, hoping they couldn't charge me again, but they somehow charged my other card! I’ve spent hours trying to reach customer service with no luck!

Extremely poor customer service

This service has been incredibly disappointing. I had accrued credits from previous months, only to find out they expired without any notification. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I've been trying to skip this month since October 2nd, but their system has been down. Today is the last day to skip, and the issue remains unresolved. I've waited over an hour for customer service with no response, tried chat for two days with no reply, and sent multiple emails with no acknowledgment. If I am charged this month despite my efforts, I will dispute the payment with my bank and file a formal complaint.

Scam and fraud!

They’ve changed their system, making it impossible to log into my account. Instead, I'm prompted to create a new account, which prevents me from skipping the month or using my points. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for three days and have received no responses via chat, phone, or social media. It’s unethical and disgusting how they conduct business. They clearly know what they are doing. I've also noticed they are hiding negative comments on social media. I plan to file complaints and will block any payments through my bank if necessary.
