If there were a negative star option, I would rate their customer service -5 stars! I had several credits from previous months that have now vanished! Each credit was charged to my card when I forgot to skip a month, and now they’re gone! I tried to contact customer service to cancel my subscription, but it has been a nightmare. I let my credit card expire, hoping they couldn't charge me again, but they somehow charged my other card! I’ve spent hours trying to reach customer service with no luck!
