They’ve changed their system, making it impossible to log into my account. Instead, I'm prompted to create a new account, which prevents me from skipping the month or using my points. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for three days and have received no responses via chat, phone, or social media. It’s unethical and disgusting how they conduct business. They clearly know what they are doing. I've also noticed they are hiding negative comments on social media. I plan to file complaints and will block any payments through my bank if necessary.
