Three weeks later, the wrongly delivered parcel is still here waiting for collection. I've emailed three times this week with detailed pick-up information - photos, instructions, etc. - to make it easy for the courier, yet I haven’t received any response. I tried calling customer service, but it went to voicemail. I called a local shop requesting a redirect, but was told customer service was out to lunch. When I finally reached the manager, she stated she had no access to online information because she was in a different location. My inquiry was dismissed quickly. After several calls, I’m back to square one - no collection organized, no acknowledgment of the information I provided, and no indication that my issue is being addressed. The delivery error is not our fault and solely the responsibility of the company. While they acknowledged their mistake, their resolution efforts have been incredibly poor. How did a simple task of collection and redelivery turn into this frustrating ordeal?
