Just received my fabric and it's perfect! Did have a little while to wait as they were restocking and I did have to message them to find this out but all in all a fab service. Very happy!

Packaged came in plastic which was fortunate as l was not home for a whole day and it had been raining.
The fabrics were all of superior quality. Also add, the delivery was very prompt.
Overall, this online fabric seller is reliable and trustworthy. They managed my return/refund as promised. One representative was particularly friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that typically, online fabric purchases are not returnable or refundable, but they accepted my return since the size of the printed fabric was larger than expected. I couldn't determine the size from the photo on their platform. It's advisable to order samples!
I placed an order on 22 November for a curtain pole and paid £9.99 for delivery. I needed it urgently, and their website claimed next-day delivery or up to 3 working days, especially during promotional periods like Black Friday. I emailed on 1 December to cancel the order since it hadn’t arrived, and we found a curtain pole elsewhere. It eventually arrived on 3 December, a full 8 working days later! They claimed the order couldn't be canceled because it had already been dispatched. Now, they expect us to pay for the return, which won't be cheap, especially after paying for delivery and trying to cancel. Since I emailed them about this unfair situation and requested a collection for the pole, they haven't responded despite my follow-ups. Really disappointing service and a waste of money, so frustrating ☹.
Three weeks later, the wrongly delivered parcel is still here waiting for collection. I've emailed three times this week with detailed pick-up information - photos, instructions, etc. - to make it easy for the courier, yet I haven’t received any response. I tried calling customer service, but it went to voicemail. I called a local shop requesting a redirect, but was told customer service was out to lunch. When I finally reached the manager, she stated she had no access to online information because she was in a different location. My inquiry was dismissed quickly. After several calls, I’m back to square one - no collection organized, no acknowledgment of the information I provided, and no indication that my issue is being addressed. The delivery error is not our fault and solely the responsibility of the company. While they acknowledged their mistake, their resolution efforts have been incredibly poor. How did a simple task of collection and redelivery turn into this frustrating ordeal?
I bought the roman blind course and blackout bonding lining along with other items. The value is excellent, and the videos and tutorials are clear and easy to follow, giving me great confidence to make my own blinds. The product quality is outstanding. There was a minor issue with one small item missing from my order, but the support team resolved it quickly. I’m very pleased and will definitely consider ordering more courses and items in the future - thank you!
The cloth is fantastic, and the telephone support was excellent; however, the carrier failed to deliver properly. I received an email claiming the parcel was delivered and signed for, which is incorrect. I suggest considering a different carrier, as this has been a frustrating experience.
