First and foremost, the order arrived a day late. Secondly, I received far less than what I had ordered. I had placed an online order for a large arrangement, but instead, I received only five small flowers in a vase the size of a salt shaker. The arrangement they sent me also bore no resemblance to the one I had ordered. To make matters worse, the balloon and the note I had sent with the arrangement never arrived. The customer service provided was utterly disappointing. While they were responsive, their offer of a minuscule partial refund for a completely incorrect order was nothing short of insulting. I would never consider doing business with this company again and would strongly advise anyone else to avoid them as well.
