According to my husband he ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday. They were not so he tried customer service to be delivered today. My husband tried calling multiple times only to get hung up on. Still not delivered. I received a phone call asking if I received the flowers. I did not so I tried calling customer service and after being on hold for 10 minutes I got hung up on. As the person receiving flowers I would not have an order number to enter into your system. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across and seems more like a scam. Good thing we can dispute the charges on the credit card.

This company rips you off and sends flowers that look like they came from a grocery store. The arrangement I got bears zero resemblance to the picture, even after paying extra for premium flowers. I gave them a second chance since I bought from them last year, but I regret it big time. Stay the hell away from this scam!!

I did my order by phone. She was very helpful and professional. She made sure all the spellings of the names were correct and verified the address of the funeral home where it was to be delivered. She also followed up with the funeral home to verify the time of service and the best time to make the delivery. The bouquet was beautiful. I was very pleased.

The service provides a wonderful variety suitable for any event. It would be helpful to receive a photo of the actual arrangement that was ordered and delivered. Previously, I've received excellent feedback based on positive verbal reports about the floral arrangements sent. I kindly suggest including pictures of the arrangements upon delivery. I appreciate the convenience of the online service.

However, at the time of delivery, I was informed that an additional $21 was required. The item I received seemed worth no more than $20, leaving me feeling quite disappointed.

Only Excuses, No Delivery

I ordered flowers for international delivery to support a friend mourning a recent loss. I placed my order well in advance for delivery after the funeral. The company notified me of a delay, promising delivery the next day. However, when I followed up, they postponed it again, suggesting possibly Sunday or Monday. I was devastated and pleaded with them to reach out to my friend to apologize for the delay. These flowers were meant to convey my love and support. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not use it again.
