Horrible. Ordered within delivery time frame for same day delivery. Is now 2 days late and still not delivered. I keep getting messages stating “ your delivery has been rescheduled for tomorrow!” And it’s still not here would never buy again from here
According to my husband he ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday. They were not so he tried customer service to be delivered today. My husband tried calling multiple times only to get hung up on. Still not delivered. I received a phone call asking if I received the flowers. I did not so I tried calling customer service and after being on hold for 10 minutes I got hung up on. As the person receiving flowers I would not have an order number to enter into your system. Worst customer service I’ve ever come across and seems more like a scam. Good thing we can dispute the charges on the credit card.
This company rips you off and sends flowers that look like they came from a grocery store. The arrangement I got bears zero resemblance to the picture, even after paying extra for premium flowers. I gave them a second chance since I bought from them last year, but I regret it big time. Stay the hell away from this scam!!
I forgot to include the "message" in my original order, but the staff contacted me before completing the order. They also contacted me before making substitutions for the original picture of the arrangement and the flowers were beautiful and very well received!
I did my order by phone. She was very helpful and professional. She made sure all the spellings of the names were correct and verified the address of the funeral home where it was to be delivered. She also followed up with the funeral home to verify the time of service and the best time to make the delivery. The bouquet was beautiful. I was very pleased.

Previously, I've received excellent feedback based on positive verbal reports about the floral arrangements sent. I kindly suggest including pictures of the arrangements upon delivery.
