This company sold me a roundtrip ticket, gave me 2 one way tickets, then cancelled the return flight and said that the departing flight couldn't be cancelled due to policy. Their AI help chat promised I could talk to a human and after waiting an hour in que said 5 more minutes then another 30 in just ended.
