Review Time
I received my flight and booking information to only find out that I cannot find the flight info. Then I had a chat with AI Mila to find out, she gave me different Airline information since I could not find my booking under Thai Vietjet which indicated it on the Justfly booking confirmation email. Then she gave me another incorrect information stating it was under Thai Airways. Then I checked and still could not find my families booking. Then she said It's through Vietjet and still could not find it nor the Vietjet customer service rep. I'm not sure why I cannot find it but this was paid right away and now I have to do the research on my end after Justfly received their payment. There should be a way that Justfly help their customers to figure it out since your company was the one who booked this flight for us.
Darwin is amazing, if you are dealing with justfly and need someone really good to connect with, ask for Darwin. He completely took care of my travel details and saved me from getting scammed. I dont want to post the entire story, as it is long and annoying. But tldr Darwin is amazing saved my bacon and took care of all my travel details.
found a cheaper round trip with domestic and international than I could easily setup with just google flights, but I wish I could have changed the time of the domestic flight because the layover, from experience, may be too short for bag transfer, Be aware though that taxes and fees for this trip at least were ~$103, and seat selection was $33/seat. In the end it still saved me about $150 off another direct carrier's website.
For customer support when you call such as to change your ticket, they have an "AI" virtual assistant that requires a lot of patience. I had to ask it 3 times for what I wanted it to do, and
each time it takes several minutes for it to respond - all together much more time than it seems a human assistant would take.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Don’t book through justfly nor any 3rd party.
Long story short, we booked a Volaris flight to Cabo via Justfly, then the flight got canceled and they rescheduled us without asking us and the flights they chose added 11 hours of flight times which would not work for us. Then, justfly would NOT refund us our money, now we are stuck with being on the phone trying to get ahold of a live rep to plead for help and our money back and we have spent almost the same amount of money in our time alone trying to deal with this. We purchased insurance and are proceeding with a claim which could take 30-45 days (mind you we already paid in full for the flights). Simply put, don’t use justfly.com no matter what the prices look like, it’s not worth your time.
It was absolute cheating . I just booked a ticket fom JFK to TRV and the details showed 2 checked in baggages included in the fare ( 1076 dollars) both ways. In fact I cancelled my booking that I did through priceline just so I will have 2 free checked in baggages . However , after I paid the $ and the email confirmation came, checked in baggages were allowed only in the return trip and not from US to TRV. I now had to pay extra 150 dollars to etihad to carry just one bag.You promised to do something on the site and cheated after the tics were booked and those were non refundable tickets . Absolute cheating. You should be ashamed of the way you do business.
No customer service. When there's a problem and its 'expedited', no one follows up. Received one supervisor call, but when the conversation turned to how they could help, mysteriously, they couldn't hear me. I don't have problems with people hearing me on my phone. Convenient. Each time the issue was 'expedited', it took many hours on hold. Essentially there is no customer service if a problem occurs.
Booked an international flight and paid for premium economy but justly only booked an economy ticket.
The ai chat and text are useless. Currently on the phone on hold for 79 minutes and counting.
Well I was offered a check out code which I looked up and there wasn’t a place
to enter it. I could have booked directly with the airlines but chose Justfly
to save. I won’t use this venue the next time.
We purchased a round trip, but on the return leg, our tickets were not available. We were left stranded in a foreign country, with no explanation or help provided. Despite our requests, we have not received any refund and had to purchase new tickets. I cannot recommend them; they are utterly unreliable. Ultimately, this ended up costing us significantly more.
I am filing a formal complaint regarding my booking. On the night of my scheduled flight, I faced a medical emergency and was in very poor condition. I was held at the emergency room, where a doctor clearly stated that I was not fit to travel. Despite this, the service refused to cooperate or provide a refund, showing a complete disregard for my documented medical situation. I am requesting a full refund and appropriate action regarding this matter.
