This is the absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with in my entire life! First of all I waited for 4 hours to speak to someone on the phone bc there was no other way to change my flight. I paid extra money to be able to change my flight and, when I did, the flight difference was $39, yet they charged me $987 in fees!!!!! This company is a total thief! Do not waist your money on them!!!
