The website is incredibly frustrating for making donations to a charity. I wanted to set up a monthly donation for a specific charity that uses this platform, but it has been the worst experience. I tried to change my password with the code sent to my email, but it was rejected, as was my monthly payment amount. No matter how often I try, it doesn't work! All these charities relying on this platform must struggle, as who would donate with such issues? I've contacted support but given the bad reviews, I feel hopeless.
