I requested a withdrawal to my bank on 11.11, and the platform indicated that the funds would clear in 4-6 working days. Now it's 02.12, and I still haven't received anything. I've attempted to contact the support team multiple times through their web form and emails to inquire about the processing time, but I've received no response. I'm extremely disappointed that I'm unable to access my funds. If the service is reading this, please reach out to me. I'm very upset.

The website is incredibly frustrating for making donations to a charity. I wanted to set up a monthly donation for a specific charity that uses this platform, but it has been the worst experience. I tried to change my password with the code sent to my email, but it was rejected, as was my monthly payment amount. No matter how often I try, it doesn't work! All these charities relying on this platform must struggle, as who would donate with such issues? I've contacted support but given the bad reviews, I feel hopeless.
I am frustrated with how this company presents itself, claiming no commission is charged to charities for my donation and no fee on my £60 donation. However, they added a 'tip' of £15, claiming it helps charities. I managed to reduce this tip to £7.50, but the option to not tip is unclear. I strongly object to this greedy exploitation in a charitable context. I heard one founder took £300 million in tips. This is a money-grabbing scandal. Their assertion that the tip is optional is misleading, as it's not clear how to reduce it to £0. I will never donate through this platform again.
In addition to the extra amount added to my donation, the communication is terrible. I wanted to change the name on my contribution but couldn't. I also wanted to speak to someone on the phone but was unable to reach anyone. I won't be using this platform again.
