I am frustrated with how this company presents itself, claiming no commission is charged to charities for my donation and no fee on my £60 donation. However, they added a 'tip' of £15, claiming it helps charities. I managed to reduce this tip to £7.50, but the option to not tip is unclear. I strongly object to this greedy exploitation in a charitable context. I heard one founder took £300 million in tips. This is a money-grabbing scandal. Their assertion that the tip is optional is misleading, as it's not clear how to reduce it to £0. I will never donate through this platform again.
