I’m on day 27 of the 30 day beginner course. As I’m very de conditioned and suffer with fatigue it’s taken over 40 days to get this far. However I’m amazed at how much more energy, stamina, flexibility and strength I’ve got. My goal was to be able to go on a short dog walk with my hubby. Yippee I’ve managed this a few times and I’m so joyful to regain some normalcy in my life. Justin is so encouraging and I’m so thankful for this resource which is helping me immensely.
