I am a year and a half into subscribing and I am loving every exercise and positive affirmations. Justin has a soft, soothing presence as he explains, performs and guides us in his program. There are a plethora of workouts, organized by body areas or functions and activities for everyday living. I have been following the monthly challenges since starting and it really helps keep me motivated with the layout of the app, mapping out progression through the challenge. "Consistency is key," as Justin always says and I agree. With consistently completing his workouts I have seen/felt improvements with my energy level, enhanced movement ability and waistline slimming. Being once a top athlete in my youth, I had hit a decade of dormancy as I focused on climbing the socioeconomic ladder, and with obvious signs of inactivity, pants not closing or low energy and ability levels, I needed a change. I attempted to get back into shape doing what I used to be able to do, which only left me frustrated and mentally and physically hurt. This app has been an excellent resource for me to slowly pace myself with consistent muscle activation and mind-muscle connection. Justin explains reasoning for workouts, what we are working out, how it improves daily activities and also gives more advanced techniques. Even though his focus is beginner workouts, these workouts would be wonderful additions to any workout program. Definitely the best investment I have done in a while; investing in my physical health with daily movements and motivations. Thank you Justin!
