I joined Justin only in October and it has made huge difference to me. I am 76 with quite good stamina which of course has improved immensely. I follow the program but sometimes of course miss a day but it is now into a routine. I love how ever exercise has timing, that really appeals to me, also Justin’s understanding if an exercise might be a bit strenuous for my age how to adapt. His chair exercises I started with but the difference in a few months is amazing. I actually incorporated a fasting routine with the exercises and have lost 5kgs so I am looking forward to new year with enthusiasm; my exercise routine from Justin is amazing..
