I've been using this for two years and it's been great. However, recently the app takes a long time to load, as does each song. My internet is unchanged. The only way to get technical support is via email from the company, which has not responded. Frustrating! Update: The company doesn't seem interested in resolving my technical issue. Update: They have identified that certain broadband services cause issues with the app, while it works perfectly on others.
