I am currently using justin guitar app the paid version, and when I come to the practice songs really only ever heard of a handful, some of the songs could do with changing for more well known songs, I find some of the videos provided are snippets of whats already on youtube so its not feeling like its a one to one learning programme, its ok but not the best.

Subscription Issue. I was really enjoying the app and lessons until some political comments appeared that I found inappropriate and not suitable for guitar lessons. However, since I purchased this through a third party, the company refused to refund my money, even though a representative suggested it might be possible. The third party has too much control, and the service is not any better since they already received my payment but won't return it, leaving me with content I didn't want.
I've been using this for two years and it's been great. However, recently the app takes a long time to load, as does each song. My internet is unchanged. The only way to get technical support is via email from the company, which has not responded. Frustrating! Update: The company doesn't seem interested in resolving my technical issue. Update: They have identified that certain broadband services cause issues with the app, while it works perfectly on others.
The instructor is a fantastic guitar teacher. However, the approved teacher I encountered is quite rigid, sometimes providing incorrect answers, and the community is poorly managed, dominated by a few individuals who detract from the experience. This creates a negative atmosphere that stifles kindness and creativity. Another approved teacher takes apart and rewrites others' music, ruining it completely. It's disappointing that such a talented instructor has to deal with this environment.
I am reaching out because I need help. I have submitted five requests for support on the website over the last two weeks. I love what the company is doing, and the platform seems amazing, but I can't access it. I paid for a yearly subscription, but I can't log in. Attempts to change my password have failed as I haven’t received any email correspondence. I just want to reset my password and use the platform. Please respond.
