Bought a dress from the store. There was an issue with it so it was organised to be posted to me. Trainee learning the ropes accidentally messed up my address so the dress was returned to the post office. My issue begins here. I had no tracking so had to deal with the head office. I was offered a refund or resend. I asked for a resend. Weeks later there was nothing. I phoned. Suddenly they're sold out and have to give me a refund. What happened to the dress they sent me originally? What happened to the notification that I was due a refund? I was put through to a supervisor to do a refund and after some time the phone rang and then just disconnected. Guess what time it was? 17:23. Someone wanted to go home. Now I have to go through the whole debacle again. I never would have got the$100 back if I hadn't followed up. How many others has this happened to?
