Very good customer service on my renewal - had noticed the policy had crept up a bit, and was able to work with them to increase coverage of some things and eliminate others in order to almost halve the monthly premium. Very friendly as they worked through this.They are very pleasant to deal with when making a claim as well - they may not always pay out, but their process throughout is transparent and non-adversarial - so when the outcome isn't in your favour you go "fair enough" rather than *angry man shakes fist at clouds* and part as friends!
