I like the fact everything is online and when I need support I can email and they respond within the hour.This year their renewal was late, just 6 days before the deadline date and it was also higher than last year by over 10%. I was away for 4 of those days.I asked for a reduction and they were unable to do so and offered me the right to search for cheaper elsewhere. Given the late renewal, I had no time to search elsewhere so accepted but will make plans to seek alternatives next years.
