It would have been 5 stars BUT this is the second time I have not received a renewal quote and had to go through the whole process again to insure a property.I tried to phone but was put on hold for ages before I just gave up.I also left a message on chat but nothing came back.I insure 2 properties with you but you make it hard work to get a renewal.
