I hope any claims experience will be better than the signing up experience. I went all through the process to payment and you INSISTED I fill in the box to say what relationship I was to the insured! I am the insured, but nothing would work (and your so-called "LIVE CHAT" that is unmanned and therefore not live also availed me nothing) until I put in the word "wife"! Why do I have to call myself someone's wife? I am the insured! Bonkers.
