I am very unhappy with the product as it hasn't arrived. Despite being home during both delivery attempts, it was returned to the depot with the claim that no one was present. My partner saw the delivery person leaving and, despite clear signs about our dogs, they drove off before my partner could reach them. I suggest you reassess your transportation methods.
