I am quite frustrated with the situation as I have yet to receive the product. Even though I was home during the scheduled delivery times, it was returned to the depot, claiming no one was present. My partner witnessed the delivery person leaving, and despite signs indicating we have dogs, they drove off before he could approach them. I recommend reevaluating your delivery service. This is a holiday gift—will it arrive on time?

The phone service was quick and efficient. They confirmed the product was in stock, but it couldn't be shipped directly to me in Northern Ireland. Instead, it was sent to a relative in England, who then forwarded it to me. I’m unsure why direct shipping wasn’t an option—the actual courier cost was £5.95, and I was charged for it.
