Perfect item as described with nice free gifts. Very well packaged. However, I had a delivery window of three working days and Saturday. (Wednesday to Saturday inclusive.) The website said 48 working day hours but to be sure I asked. A very blunt reply said 5 working days and I must factor this in! I therefore ordered late Friday evening. Informed over weekend, item to be delivered Monday.DHL however, have the facility to change delivery to any day that week. Perhaps customer services could mention the flexibility of the delivery company in their replies?Otherwise they would have received 5 stars.
