I had a very disappointing experience with Justlife Cleaning Service. This is the second time I have faced issues with their service. They are quick to charge customers, but there is no proper return or refund policy if the service is unsatisfactory.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of real customer support. There is no proper phone support to speak with someone and resolve issues. Instead, customers are forced to rely on automated WhatsApp messages, which only wastes time and does not solve the problem.
For a company operating at this scale, customer service should be much better. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to others.
