Worst cleaning experience ever. I paid 2 hrs. With tools for a small studio apartment. The cleaner came with broken vacuum and used mine. 2nd too slow she took 45 minutes in the toilet , despite all this time the cleaning quality is very poor. I have all pictures and evidences shared with customer service through the application and they didnt bother to solve it right away, all they offered was 20 dirhams on wallet ??? So they wasted my time , money and energy cause i cleaned most if the house on my own after she left. And they expect me to accept 20 dirhams!!! Am not going to use this service application ever and i dont recommend it to any one.
Can’t count on these guys, I booked my appointment and a professional is supposed to show up at my house in one hour but no one has been assigned to my booking and I have an important work call in two hours that I will have to take with my toddlers since the babysitter is probably not coming and there is no number nor live chat. Justlife never ever again .. I’m going to cancel the weekly cleaning bundle I bought with them
I have a small child in my house, and I left a request: "Please, no cold or flu workers." This is the second time we've had these energized workers come to us! There were two of them today! The money has already been withdrawn from my card, so I can only hope we don't get sick! As a new mother, I really need help around the house, but not at the expense of my 6-month-old's health. I paid 450 dirhams for two hours of cleaning and now I'm wondering if we'll get sick. I'm very disappointed.

The people are very unprofessional and don’t care about the customers at all. Always lying their car tyre puncture and team is third party and we don’t have track and all reasons.
Repeated Pattern of Failure
Each experience follows the same unacceptable pattern:
I successfully book a cleaning service through the Justlife app.
I receive confirmation that the professional is “on the way.”
I wait at home, adjusting my personal and professional commitments to be present.
At the last moment, I receive a notification stating that my time slot has been shifted.
Understanding that this is the UAE and traffic can occur, I wait again.
I proactively contact customer service to confirm whether the professional is actually coming.
I am reassured and explicitly told that the professional is on the way.
Despite the app continuing to show “professional on the way,” no one arrives.
This has now happened five times.
Last Experience
Last incident was particularly frustrating. I requested a manager call-back through customer service and was left completely unattended. No call-back was arranged, no ownership was taken, and no resolution was provided.
What makes this even more concerning is that the app allows customers to track professionals. In today’s booking, the professional was clearly shown to be within the same emirate as my location, yet still failed to arrive—without cancellation, explanation, or accountability.
Impact and Expectation
We live in the UAE, where time is extremely valuable. Customers rearrange work, family responsibilities, and personal commitments based on the trust that a confirmed service will be delivered. Repeatedly asking customers to wait indefinitely for a service that never arrives is not just poor service—it reflects a serious breakdown in operational integrity.
If Justlife is unable to deliver the services it promises in an authentic and reliable manner, then those services should not be offered in the first place.
Next Steps
Due to the extreme dissatisfaction and repeated negligence I have experienced, I am now left with no choice but to publicly share my experiences, including screenshots from past bookings and today’s incident, across professional and social platforms.
This is not my preferred route—but after five failed experiences and multiple ignored escalations, I see no alternative.
I just cannot reach customer service to reschedule appointments and no way to chat with someone. It’s very very frustrating and the design of the scheduling is so bad. Of course, no number and no contact information and the chatbot is from the last century. The cleaning service is great but the app is just horrible and the fact that you cannot connect or contact is simply unacceptable. From a safety perspective, I would be able to connect if something happens not chasing a bot that cannot chat! If you are trying to be like a booking service, manage it properly, you are a service without a customer service!
I have been using the service for home cleaning for several years, and it had consistently met my expectations in terms of punctuality and quality. Recently, I decided to try the laundry service and sent in a comforter for cleaning, which was advertised at 55 AED. After applying a 30 AED discount voucher, I expected to pay 30 AED, which was deducted from my account. However, they later charged an additional 204 AED without any explanation! I have reached out via emails and messages through their app, but I have received no response at all. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I am now seeking alternative cleaning services.
Laundry was picked up but not delivered as promised. There is no phone support available, and the chat service was unhelpful in tracking down my items, providing only repetitive answers without any meaningful assistance. Although compensation was later proposed, it required using the same service again and had a short expiration, which doesn’t seem like a fair solution. I recently received an email stating they want to add 100 AED to my account for compensation. However, after just one day, they closed this request, claiming I did not respond or confirm in a timely manner!
The customer service is lacking as they frequently cancel appointments without notifying clients. Additionally, there seems to be a fraudulent payment system in place, as money is deducted without proper authorization. I have reached out via email regarding a refund for the amount of AED 128 that was taken without my consent and am still awaiting a response.
I had been using the service for two weeks without any problems; the staff would simply ring the bell, and I would open the gate, and that was it. However, this morning everything changed.
I received an automated call stating that their personnel were "waiting in front of the house." I opened the gate right away, but no one was there. I checked the app, which still indicated the staff was "on the way." Minutes later, I received a text message: service cancelled because they supposedly waited at an open gate without a response.
So let me get this straight: an automated call informed me someone was present when they weren't, the app provided conflicting data, and the service was cancelled based on a false claim, all without any human interaction to clarify the situation.
This is the downside of a company's business model that relies on renting out others' staff. If that's how you operate, at the very least, your platform should be dependable, and your communication should be personal. Instead, I was met with robotic calls, contradictory app information, and automated cancellations with no way to resolve the issue. This service feels like a poorly managed intermediary rather than a true service provider.
