Edit: received WEEKS late. No credit, no comms, no apology. Wholly unacceptable. Also all product ran a bit small. You cannot contact this company except through email which they are not answering. My order has been hung up for a couple of weeks now. I'm now assuming I will completely miss Christmas .They say they'll get back to you to help you select a photo but they have never responded. I finally just ordered it hoping I could at least make revisions which they promise as many as you want, but no one actually gets back to you. I'm hoping the company is legit and they're just extremely overloaded for the holidays, but even if that's the case then they are extremely poorly staffed and have bad planning. Very bad customer experience. Actually completely non-existent customer experience which is not what I expect when I try to give my money to a small business in the heartland.
