I believe they owe me the expedited shipping fee since my sweatshirt gifts arrived after Christmas. Their timelines are misleading. They take your payment before you even approve the design. I paid for expedited shipping out of concern for timing, but it altered my original order date, making it seem like they delivered on time, which is not true. I had to cover additional shipping costs to send the gifts where they needed to go. We traveled during the holidays and would have taken them if they had arrived on time. I've emailed them about this twice; they responded once with a generic excuse about the holidays and then went silent. I can't recommend them, and I will share my experience wherever I can, as they don't make it easy to leave feedback on their platform.
I am extremely disappointed with the service. I ordered a hoodie in early December, just before Christmas. However, the design featured a different dog's image instead of ours. I contacted them via email, which is the only method available for communication, 11 days ago and have yet to receive a reply. I recommend shopping elsewhere to maintain your peace of mind.
They state that the product takes three days to create, but it has now been over a week. I have emailed four times without getting a reply. I may consider legal action at this stage, especially since I opted for expedited service.
The team at Just Lyne was excellent! Within a couple days of submitting my photos I received my designs to review. They did an exceptional job capturing the personalities of my pets in their designs. I chose sweatshirts for both of my purchases and the softness of the sweatshirt is wonderful! These will make wonderful holidays gifts. Thank you! 🥰
