I purchased a 100ml bottle of Flower Bomb Perfume in November 2025 during the Black Friday sales. I opened the packaging to find the perfume was a completely different colour and smell to the standard perfume I have purchased before. I have been buying the same perfume for over 10 years so I know exactly what it should smell like and what the colour should look like. I contacted their customer service department expecting them to offer an exchange straight away but the responses so far are the standard “we can not exchange or refund products which have been opened” even though I have sent pictures of the bottle which is clearly a completely different colour to the product you can buy in any other shop. UK law governs that a refund must be offered unless the company can prove the product is fit for purpose! I would say buyer beware and read some of the comment regarding perfume on this review page. I intend to take this further with Trading Standards and my credit card company.
