I had a very disappointing experience with Just My Look after placing a multi item order for Christmas gifts.

One item was missing from my delivery:

Dolce & Gabbana Q For Her Eau De Parfum Gift Set 100ml

The parcel arrived on time and intact, but after unpacking and checking the order contents against my receipt I realised that one item had not been included. I contacted the company on the same day the delivery arrived and explained that the number of items delivered did not match what I had purchased.

Despite reporting this immediately, the company refused to refund or replace the missing item. Instead they relied entirely on their internal checks to say the order had been dispatched in full and would not accept that a packing error could have occurred.

I was also asked to provide photographs of the packaging, which is unrealistic when a parcel arrives intact and there is no reason to expect a missing item. Most customers would not preserve packaging in those circumstances.

I never claimed the entire order was missing. The parcel was delivered but one item was not included. This was clearly explained from the beginning.

I eventually had to open a PayPal dispute. Initially PayPal misunderstood the claim type, but once it was corrected to reflect a missing item within a delivered order the case was ruled in my favour.

Had I not paid through PayPal, I would have been left without the item and without my money despite reporting the issue immediately.

This was especially disappointing because the order was for Christmas gifts and one family member did not receive their present.

What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and the refusal to accept that internal records can be wrong. Human error happens and customers should not have to prove that they did not receive something.

Unfortunately this experience has left me with very little confidence in their customer service.

A customer should not have to rely on PayPal Buyer Protection to receive goods they have paid for.

AVOID this company at all costs. I have received an expensive perfume from them which upon opening, is completely the wrong colour & smells nothing like it should (I'm a wearer of over 5 years!). I was happy to return the item at my own cost for them to see for themselves but instead they have "checked the batch code" & there is no reported issues so will not issue a refund. This could be a storage issue or an anomaly within the batch. Anyone who saw the item & tested the scent would immediately know there was an issue. Absolutely shocking customer service treatment.

Both were bought blind, however the description on the web site allowed an informed decision. Loved both smells and they are not similar, so really happy. More so as the scent last a long time.

It's my first time ordering from this company and I'm very happy with my experience. I ordered 9 bomb cosmetics bath bombs and an Al-rehab perfume oil and the items were all packed with care. Plenty of bubble wrap and I received my order in just 2 days. Excellent service and very happy.

I purchased a 100ml bottle of Flower Bomb Perfume in November 2025 during the Black Friday sales. I opened the packaging to find the perfume was a completely different colour and smell to the standard perfume I have purchased before. I have been buying the same perfume for over 10 years so I know exactly what it should smell like and what the colour should look like. I contacted their customer service department expecting them to offer an exchange straight away but the responses so far are the standard “we can not exchange or refund products which have been opened” even though I have sent pictures of the bottle which is clearly a completely different colour to the product you can buy in any other shop. UK law governs that a refund must be offered unless the company can prove the product is fit for purpose! I would say buyer beware and read some of the comment regarding perfume on this review page. I intend to take this further with Trading Standards and my credit card company.
