I placed an order of two items when I went to go pick my order it was only in a small bag now I order a box gift of perfume and a facial care the bag didn’t have the perfume in it have contact customer service they didn’t help me said they will not be refunded or send another item I showed them all prove but still no help now they took my money and left me without the perfume
