I know this was party my fault, but the comfirmation email did NOT give a map link, just a postcode. Reception in the Welsh mountains was rubbish and needed to logon to get the location which I couldn't manage. The result was not using two bookings in the last 48 (blame Dave for the first) but the result is paying you guys £60 ( no typo there i do mean sixty quid) and getting no use of your service. And you we did put the address i to google maps. Please give a map link in your confirmation email.
