Upon receipt of radiator we found the box and radiator had been damaged in transit. I was away at the time and would not have accepted delivery. After e-mailing Customer Services with photo's of damage Stacy organised a new radiator and arranged delivery for after we got back from holiday. We have just taken delivery of new radiator.
