Sorry it has been a while for the review as we only had it fitted today. Excellent quality product and great value for money. Quick delivery. Spoke to someone at Just Radiators who advised me on what I needed to warm my bathroom. Very knowledgeable giving great advice so I purchased my electric towel rail from them. It knocks spots off the inferior water filled 150 watt useless piece of metal fitted by the bathroom company. Would highly recommend anyone who needs a towel rail have a look here you won't be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An absolute nightmare of an experience from start to finish that has left me well over £600 out of pocket. If I could give zero stars, I would.Spent £600 on a large white aluminium radiator.My plumber opened the box, and it was a black one.The plumber had to return another day at an extra cost to fit it. Just Radiators apologised and gave me a 10% refund.Just over a year later, the radiator developed a leak from deep inside, a manufacturing error. I now have water damage on my wall and flooring. A replacement radiator was sent out under warranty. Again, at my own cost, I arranged for a plumber to install the replacement.Upon installation, it started to leak water from a valve. It was clear that the valve had been cross-threaded when installed by the manufacturer and it was stuck fast. It was in this condition out of the box. Despite my plumber's attempt to remove it to see if he could reinsert it properly. He could not get it to move at all.Contacted Just Radiators again. They said that because the manufacturer didn’t believe that the valve had been incorrectly installed by them, instead blaming my plumber, they could not resolve the issue.I've spent £600 on a radiator that doesn’t work. Spent extra money on plumbers to come on 2 extra days to fit radiators, and have a load of water damage in a new extension that will need repairing at even more cost.I feel utterly conned and am taking legal advice.My advice to potential customers placing a significant order with them - Avoid!They sell shoddy products that cause more problems than they are worth
A great product for a great price! Super fast despatch and despite a problem with delivery company locating our address, this was sorted immediately by Tyler. What an amazing company to deal with, and what a refreshing service these days. Good sales support and quick delivery. Issue with the manufacturing of one radiator but this was well handled and swapped round just a few days later at my convenience. Got several update emails including tracking info. Very Happy.
Radiators were ok accept one came with a big dent in but to be fair i reported it and they promised to replace the damaged top rail it was slow because of the easter weekend there communication between there suppliers is bad it was delivered with no warning luckily i was at home apart from that good radiators at a fair price
