An absolute nightmare of an experience from start to finish that has left me well over £600 out of pocket. If I could give zero stars, I would.Spent £600 on a large white aluminium radiator.My plumber opened the box, and it was a black one.The plumber had to return another day at an extra cost to fit it. Just Radiators apologised and gave me a 10% refund.Just over a year later, the radiator developed a leak from deep inside, a manufacturing error. I now have water damage on my wall and flooring. A replacement radiator was sent out under warranty. Again, at my own cost, I arranged for a plumber to install the replacement.Upon installation, it started to leak water from a valve. It was clear that the valve had been cross-threaded when installed by the manufacturer and it was stuck fast. It was in this condition out of the box. Despite my plumber's attempt to remove it to see if he could reinsert it properly. He could not get it to move at all.Contacted Just Radiators again. They said that because the manufacturer didn’t believe that the valve had been incorrectly installed by them, instead blaming my plumber, they could not resolve the issue.I've spent £600 on a radiator that doesn’t work. Spent extra money on plumbers to come on 2 extra days to fit radiators, and have a load of water damage in a new extension that will need repairing at even more cost.I feel utterly conned and am taking legal advice.My advice to potential customers placing a significant order with them - Avoid!They sell shoddy products that cause more problems than they are worth
