I purchased a 3D crystal reflecting my deceased mom resting in her casket along with a personally inscribed light display base. To ensure I would be pleasingly satisfied with the overall layout, I added the additional pay proofing option which was very misleading and served no significant purpose. I must state the landscaping glass is of high quality but the inner image is faint and very grainy...not as crisp as the proof I approved for final production. I did send a disappointing experience email and received a response from Jim Z (customer relations) apologizing for the misleading process but no further assistance.
