When I made an error and had to contact customer service, they were quick and efficient in their reply. I ordered 2 neon signs from Justying and they came out perfectly! Their communication was always informative and very prompt. The item I received was beautifully crafted. The laser photo was clear and the image was sharp. The crystal was perfect in size and shape. I chose to let them change the crystal shape if they deemed it necessary. My photo had 3 people it and they chose the perfect shape that us on their beautifully. I was very pleased with the laser photo. There was a hiccup with the lettering on the base and once notified about it this company had no issues with sending me a corrected base. They responded immediately to all inquiries and apologized sincerely for the mistake. I was very pleased with the product and I would definitely recommend purchasing high quality gifts and keepsakes from this company with the certainty that you will get a great gift for a fair price and excellent efficient customer service. Thank you guys again. My father loves his father's day gift.
