I placed an order for a bag on December 6th as a Christmas gift. A week later, I received an email indicating that the item was unavailable. This is incredibly disappointing, as I had high hopes for both the gift and the brand. Now, I'm left without a present and no solutions. I won't be recommending this brand or purchasing from them again, as this experience shows a lack of consideration for customers.
