My mom ordered me shoes for my bday in December. They arrived but were too small even though I'm a true size 8. I asked for an exchange and instead of allowing me the first time, the customer service did everything they could to try and make me keep the item that DID NOT FIT instead of just following through with my return. Now I know why though. Their exchange service is HORRIBLE. It's now late February and my shoes are nowhere to be found. They sent a tracking link but the USPS says it's still waiting for the package. Do not order from this brand unless you know for sure you won't need to return or exchange the item. Their customer service is responsive but it's so clear they're operating out of another country and it's a really slow process. I'll be shocked if I even get the shoes this year.

Despite the site's claims of being USA based, the products are shipped from overseas, making returns or refunds a significant hassle if you're dissatisfied. The item is much smaller than expected and appears misrepresented on the website. The quality is acceptable for the price, but I would not purchase again due to their return policies.
The returns process is horrendous! They first request various pictures of items that haven't been used. Then they try to persuade you to keep the product by offering discounts. When you still want to return it, they keep pushing for you to accept offers. Ultimately, when they provide a return address, it's overseas, costing nearly £40 to send back! I wish I had read the reviews before buying. This bag ended up costing me more to return than it was worth!
I have contacted the support team multiple times regarding a damaged bag and requested a return shipping label. They refuse to provide a label despite sending me a defective item. It seems they are trying to prolong the conversation to avoid honoring the return window. Do not buy from this seller, as they make returning items nearly impossible.
I would rate them negatively if possible. The products are low quality and overpriced. When my bag arrived, I immediately disliked it and initiated the return process, which was not straightforward. Despite sending proof that I never used the bag, they claimed that I had and refused to issue a refund. This is a scam, and I would never recommend them. Please share this with others!
