I ordered a bag on December 6th for a Christmas gift. A week later, I received an email about an error with my order, realizing the bag was unavailable. This is extremely disappointing, as I had high hopes for both the gift and the company. Now, I'm left without a present and no resolution. I won’t recommend this company or make future purchases, as this situation shows a lack of respect for customers.
