I had a delivery where I didn't receive the correct number of items I ordered and wanted to return them. I was informed that I needed all four parcels, which is fair. So, I contacted delivery for confirmation and learned that one parcel was not sent for pickup, which I can prove. I then spoke to the store clerk, who said they couldn't help because it was a logistics issue and advised me to call customer service. I called customer service, but the phone line was out of service and I was directed to use live chat. However, the live chat was offline, and I was told to send an email. To my surprise, the email function was just a 300-character form with no option to attach files, forcing me to condense my entire issue into a small space, which is absurd. What started as a simple misunderstanding turned into a frustrating back-and-forth of emails. While mistakes can happen, the poor customer service is unacceptable. Please address this issue.
