Lack of customer support

I ordered three small hand towels and a balcony storage cupboard. The towels arrived fine, but the cupboard came damaged. I reached out to customer service and uploaded photos of the broken cupboard and packaging. I received a quick response from a friendly agent who offered a reduction, exchange, or reimbursement, with the damaged cupboard being returned. However, I then received a string of automated emails that didn't resolve anything, until the agent, who had been ill, got back to me a few days later. I requested reimbursement but only received a notification for the cupboard, not the shipping fees, and I was told the return shipping would be at my expense. I contested this. Let's see how long it takes for a real person to intervene. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I will not use this service again.
