I reached out to customer service to ask why I never received a notification via SMS or email about my order being ready for pickup. The agent simply said, "I don't know, maybe it's a bug." When I asked if she could check with the store, she told me, "You need to call the store." I explained that I don’t speak the local language and requested her assistance as a representative. Her reply was, "No, sorry." I then asked if she could at least report the bug for investigation, but again, I received a "No, sorry." Essentially, if I order online for in-store pickup, I have no way of knowing when it’s ready, and no one seems willing to help. This level of support from a company of this size is completely unacceptable.
