On 18 January 2025, I visited a store to purchase small items totaling 147 CHF. When it came time to pay, they claimed the payment didn’t go through. I showed them that my bank had already withdrawn the funds, but they insisted the purchase was canceled and asked me to pay again. I paid a second time, only to see that the same amount was withdrawn twice, meaning I had now paid almost 300 CHF. They told me to return a few days later for a refund. When I checked back, both payments had gone through. I tried to explain my situation, but the staff were unhelpful and disrespectful. After much frustration, I provided my information and was promised a call that never came. Now, I have neither my money back nor any response.
