On 20 March 2021, I ordered eight parcels of floor tiles from a store in Wettingen, Switzerland. I paid the full amount upfront and was told my order would be ready for pickup around 3 April 2021. By 7 April, having received no updates, I called and was informed that deliveries might be delayed due to Easter. On 14 April, I called again and learned that only two parcels had arrived, with the rest expected shortly. I was told to wait for a call on 16 April, but that never happened. After another call, I was told seven parcels were reserved for me, but a week later, I was informed that only two were available. When I inquired about the missing parcels, I was told they had to check their warehouse and would call back, which never happened. Eventually, I was told the items had been sold to someone else and that my order would be placed again, which could take another two weeks. The indifferent employee’s remark about me going to Germany to collect the tiles was unhelpful. I asked for an email address to send my concerns, but she claimed there wasn't one. After finding one online, I sent a detailed email, but I never received a reply. A week later, the tiles were still not in the store, and when I attempted to cancel my order, the employee didn’t even ask why. Very poor service and a disappointing experience overall.
