I had a delivery where the number of items received didn't match my order, and I wanted to return them. I was informed that I needed all four parcels, which seemed reasonable. After calling for confirmation, I was told that one parcel wasn't sent for pickup, and I have proof of that. I then spoke to a store clerk who said they couldn't assist because it was a logistics issue and advised me to contact customer service. When I called, the phone line was out of service, and I was directed to use live chat. However, the live chat was offline, and I was told to send an email. To my surprise, the email function only allowed for a 300-character message with no attachments, which is quite limiting. What should have been a simple misunderstanding turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. While I understand that mistakes happen, the poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope this gets addressed.
