This has been the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I waited over two months for a faulty item to be addressed, receiving no real assistance. They claimed to send a replacement that I never got (they said it was lost) and processed a payment without my consent, directing it to a non-existent account. After a brief call, I learned they canceled the refund without helping me at all. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I will never shop here again.
